Track Record Coaching Ltd (company number 10059394) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our services. Our registered address is 36 Scotts Road, Bromley, England, BR1 3QD. You can contact us at hello@trackrecord.coach.
Through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, role, organisation, and any information you provide about your situation. Through our coaching and assessment services, we may collect additional personal data including 360-degree feedback responses, Pressure Profile survey responses, and coaching session notes. We only collect data that is necessary for the purposes described below.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver our coaching and assessment services, produce Pressure Profile reports, and improve our methodology. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, service delivery) and contract performance (where you or your organisation has engaged our services). Assessment and coaching data is used to produce individual reports and, in anonymised and aggregated form, to develop our proprietary benchmarking dataset.
Coaching conversations and individual assessment data are treated as strictly confidential. Individual Pressure Profile reports are confidential to the individual unless explicitly agreed otherwise. PE/Board reports contain only information appropriate for that audience as defined in our engagement terms. We do not share individual coaching content with employers, PE firms, or any third party without the individual's explicit consent.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our business (website hosting, email services, form processing) under appropriate data processing agreements. Aggregated, anonymised data from our assessments is used in our published research and benchmarking — no individual is identifiable from this data.
Contact form enquiries are retained for 12 months. Coaching and assessment data is retained for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to support ongoing client relationships and benchmarking. Anonymised, aggregated dataset contributions are retained indefinitely as part of our proprietary research database. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
This website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site — this data is anonymised and not linked to individual users.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@trackrecord.coach. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
