Katherine Ready is Managing Director of Track Record. She spent more than a decade in Olympic sport, first as a performance physiotherapist and then as Head of Sports Science and Medicine, working with athletes and coaches on the conditions required to perform consistently when it counts.

That background gives her a particular expertise in the science of sustained performance: the architecture of resilience, the systems of recovery, and the physiological and environmental conditions that allow capable people to perform under pressure rather than in spite of it. At Track Record she works with individual leaders and leadership teams to build the capacity and confidence that underpins high-stakes delivery.

Katherine conducts every candidate, CEO and referee interview alongside David Carry, leads the synthesis and methodological quality assurance on every report, co-signs every Pressure Match verdict, and owns the six-month accountability loop in which Track Record's verdicts are compared with what colleagues actually observe.

Writes about: Sustained performance under pressure, resilience and recovery in leadership, leadership team environments, the six-month accountability loop in executive assessment.
