David Carry is the founder and chief executive of Track Record. He swam for Great Britain at three Olympic Games, in 2004, 2008 and 2012, and his work since has focused on a single question that the Olympic environment poses more sharply than any other: what separates people and teams who hold their standard when the pressure arrives from those who do not.

The Track Record assessment methodology is his. It was developed through Olympic performance systems and refined across more than a hundred PE-backed leadership teams, and it underpins every Track Record engagement, from the individual Pressure Profile to the Team Diagnostic, the Performance Sprint and, immediately before a consequential appointment, Pressure Match. He works with leadership teams and PE operating partners to create clarity, accelerate decision-making and deliver a measurable shift in how teams perform under load.

Every Track Record interview is conducted by David and Katherine Ready together, and every Pressure Match verdict carries both signatures. David owns the method and its continuing refinement, and the calibration work that tests Track Record's verdicts against what happens next.
